Future Realtors Academy Scholarship Application

The scholarship covers the cost of the Michigan online real estate pre-licensing course and the state licensing exam. Recipients also participate in financial literacy, money management, time management and professional mentorship.
Eligibility Requirements

Must be a resident of Detroit or Highland Park.

Must be a graduating high school senior or recent graduate.

Must turn 18 within three months of the class start date.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have access to a computer and internet for the online course.

Must complete the online course and be test-ready within three months.

Must participate in required workshops and mentorship sessions.
Program Commitment
Recipients understand that the scholarship pays for the online course and MIchigan licensing exam. they agree to complete the course and be prepared to take the state exam within three months of starting the program.
